By engaging Golden Scaffold ("we," "us," or "our") for scaffolding services, you ("client" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
We provide scaffolding services including but not limited to:
Scaffolding installation and erection
Scaffolding dismantling and removal
Scaffolding rental and hire
Site inspections and safety assessments
Custom scaffolding solutions
All services are subject to availability and will be performed in accordance with industry standards and applicable safety regulations.
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change based on:
Site conditions and accessibility
Changes to project scope or specifications
Material costs and availability
Extended rental periods
Any changes to the agreed scope of work will be communicated and approved before additional charges are applied.
Payment terms are as follows:
A deposit may be required before commencement of work
Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed
Late payments may incur interest charges
We accept payment via cash, check, credit card, or bank transfer
We reserve the right to suspend services or retain equipment until outstanding payments are received.
The client agrees to:
Provide accurate site information and access requirements
Ensure safe and clear access to the work area
Obtain any necessary permits or approvals
Not alter, move, or modify scaffolding without our authorization
Report any damage or safety concerns immediately
Ensure only authorized personnel use the scaffolding
Comply with all safety guidelines provided
If renting scaffolding equipment:
Equipment remains our property at all times
Rental period begins on delivery/installation date
Client is responsible for equipment security and condition
Reasonable wear and tear is expected; damage or loss will be charged
Equipment must be returned in the same condition as received
Notice must be given for equipment collection or removal
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance
Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests
Weather-related delays or cancellations will not incur penalties
All scaffolding is installed in accordance with OSHA standards and local building codes. We maintain appropriate licenses, insurance, and safety certifications. Clients must ensure that anyone using the scaffolding is properly trained and follows all safety protocols.
We maintain comprehensive liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. Our liability is limited to the direct cost of services provided. We are not liable for:
Damage caused by client misuse or unauthorized modifications
Injuries resulting from failure to follow safety guidelines
Consequential or indirect damages
Delays caused by weather, site conditions, or client actions
Damage to property caused by factors beyond our control
Clients are responsible for maintaining their own insurance coverage for property and operations.
Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Golden Scaffold, its employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
Client's misuse of scaffolding equipment
Client's failure to follow safety instructions
Unauthorized modifications to scaffolding
Client's negligence or willful misconduct
We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. All equipment is regularly inspected and maintained. However, we make no warranties beyond those expressly stated herein. Services are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law.
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, labor disputes, or government restrictions.
Any disputes arising from these terms will first be addressed through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the jurisdiction where our business is located.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms of Service, along with any signed contracts or quotes, constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
